You keep the written plan whether or not you continue, and if you go on to Deployment, the review fee is credited in full.
No. Orbit connects to the tools you already use. We only recommend ZERO1 Core when the review shows a system is costing you more than it should, and we tell you when keeping it is the better call.
Yes. Most companies start with Orbit on the tools they already use. Core is for when the review shows a system is holding you back, and it always ships with Orbit built in.
Each company runs its own isolated Orbit on infrastructure we manage. Nothing is shared between clients. If you need everything on hardware in your own office, we can set that up as an option.
The review is three days with your team and ends with a readout of the plan. Deployment puts the first two workflows live in the weeks after, with a founder supporting your team for the first 30 days.
Deployment comes with $1,000 in AI usage credits. After that, normal use is covered by the allowance in your monthly plan. If heavy use would take you past it, we tell you first, and anything above it is billed at cost plus a small margin.
